My name is Olufunke Oshoba, MSN, FNP-C (Family Nurse Practitioner – Certified). I migrated from the Republic of Ireland to the United States over a decade ago. I am called Funke by my friends, family and patients, and I am a qualified/board-certified nurse practitioner with over 10 years of nursing experience. I received my Master’s degree in Nursing from the University Texas at Arlington (UTA). I am a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and earned my Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. I am a loving wife and mother. My greatest accomplishment is raising 4 beautiful children. I love to spend my free time with my husband – traveling, going on evening walks, and watching movies. My passions are all about holistic medicine – caring for the whole person (physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional) – and giving back to my community.
